Everyone comes to visit by water. This little tyke is about 8 years old I'd guess. He sells lottery tickets for the national lottery and can be counted on to come around twice a week if there is anyone here who buys tickets. He always knows if the people who buy tickets are not here and then he doesn't drop by.

Isaac needs to think a lot about which numbers he wants to buy.

But in the end Isaac chooses his numbers and the salesman trades the news and goes on his way.
